A main body closed by a waterproof zip, two side pockets, a mesh pocket, 6 loop for shock cord and secure trekking pole,
Options: removable 20 mm belt removable sternum strap, 13 mm on daisy chain or 20 mm with whistle , A4 internal pocket compatible Mac book 13 " for example... ETC..
Volume total :16 L
Fit hook inside to attach water pouch or keys etc..

Weight around 140 grams (without belt) in X-Pac LS 07 fabric.
VX07 soft 155 gr , other VX 07 170 gr EPX 200 180gr

Back length :48 cm,

You can use the default loops to secure pole,
also use the pocket, with your own bungee cord or purchasing my bungee set :
